Angus beef ribeye raised in Texas and guaranteed to grade out to Prime or top end of Choice cuts. These steaks are tender and have delicious flavor, ready for the grill. Each steak will weight at least 1.5# and are cut about 1.25” thick. We cook ours with a generous amount of salt and pepper with a dash of garlic.
